• Smart Money Concept (SMC) data visualization tools
• MT5 automation integration and risk management frameworks
• SaaS subscription services for traders and analytics professionals
• Educational resources, market research, and AI-generated insights
• Mobile applications for Android devices

All services are provided strictly as technology tools. We do not operate as a stockbroker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or regulated financial services entity.

3. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to use our services:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited by law
• You understand that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss
• You are not accessing our services on behalf of a restricted or sanctioned entity

4. Account & Authentication

Access to certain features of our platform requires authentication via Google Sign-In, powered by Firebase Authentication. By logging in, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful account information
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Not share your account access with any third party
• Notify us immediately at tauquantx.support@gmail.com of any unauthorized access

S B Future is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

5. Technology-Only Disclaimer

This section is of critical importance. Please read it carefully.

• Guarantee any specific trading outcomes, profits, or returns on investment

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, data structures, trade names, logos, and intellectual property on this Site and within TauQuantX ("IP") are the exclusive property of S B Future Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use

• The TauQuantX name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of S B Future Pvt Ltd
• Our AI algorithms, EA (Expert Advisor) code, SMC models, and backtesting data are protected trade secrets

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Indian and international IP law.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Site or services for any of the following:

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying our software, algorithms, or data
• Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing access to TauQuantX without authorization
• Using our platform to commit fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our backend systems, databases, or APIs
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code through our services
• Impersonating S B Future, its employees, or any other user
• Using our brand name or content in any promotional material without written approval

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S B Future Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred based on information, signals, or tools provided on our platform
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business resulting from use or inability to use our services
• Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in market data, price feeds, or AI analysis
• Third-party platform failures, including MetaTrader 5, broker outages, or Firebase downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account due to factors outside our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to S B Future in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with several third-party services, including:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and data hosting — governed by Google's Terms of Service
• Razorpay: Payment processing for Indian users — governed by Razorpay's Terms
• MetaTrader 5 (MT5): Trading execution — governed by your broker's and MetaQuotes' terms
• MyFXBook / FXBlue: Performance verification — third-party platforms with their own policies

S B Future is not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of any third-party service. Use of these services is at your own risk.

11. Termination

S B Future reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Non-payment of applicable subscription fees
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
• Actions that harm our platform, other users, or our reputation
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations

Upon termination, your right to access the platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including IP rights, liability limitations, and governing law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the state of Maharashtra. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

For international users, you acknowledge that by using our services you are subject to Indian law with respect to your use of our platform, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by Indian courts.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
